First you?re eating habits, everyone reading this (especially us in the United States) are brainwashed everyday by ad?s from the major fast food joints, and a hundred other places trying to sell us things that are not really all that great for us. Let?s be honest and say that the stuff is garbage, but it taste?s great and it?s fast. What we need to do is reprogram our subconscious to want different things like healthy foods. and what?s great is it?s not really that difficult to do.

Now one other thing you?re going to have to do is to get some kind of aerobic plan going even if it?s bicycling a little bit farther day after day. Now I am aware nobody wants to come home after a long day at the office and walk or run through there subdivision, so what I do is get up 30 minutes early and do my workout first thing in the morning.It?s a great way to get youre heart going and makes me more focused on the day ahead. And once you have gotten rid of the weight that you want to you might come to like it. You?ll feel better and once that weight is gone you should have more energy, you won?t feel as tired when you get home from your job and also it?s a wonderful way to get rid of stress.

Einstein once said that stupidity is attempting the same thing again and again and expecting different results.
